I’m a month out from the wedding, and I just ate mashed potatoes for dinner. Only mashed potatoes. I have no regrets.

i ate blue bell banana split ice cream. lots of it.  it got me into trouble before the wedding and then got me into trouble again after the wedding.  i’m trying to lose the weight again so i’m drinking protein shakes and eating greek yogurt with fruit and imagining that it’s ice cream.

I quit drinking iced coffee a few months ago, partly for pre-wedding weight loss but partly because I’ve been having tooth pain in a tooth I’ve previously had filled, and I wanted to cut down on sugar because I can’t afford to go to the dentist. The day after the wedding I’m going to town on one of those!

I’m going to Disney World for 3 weeks on our honeymoon. I can guarantee I’ll put on at least 6lbs.

take it easy hon…we went to an all inclusive resort a few days after teh wedding..the amount of calories I consumed was obscene….lol.

It’s been a year and I still haven’t gotten the post wedding weight gain off….or rather I haven’t had enough time to myself to make it happen….so be careful!

I’m hitting up the Epcot Food and Wine Festival on my honeymoon.  I am looking forward to fancy pastries, lots of fatty meats (mmmm… bacon!), and doubling down on coffee drinks!

I’ve gained 12 pounds since my wedding. In all fairness, I lost about 6 a week or two before the wedding due to illness, so we’ll say a net gain of 6 pounds, right? 😀

Last night, I went to a Stroh’s ice cream shop and had one of their small cups of chocolate peanut butter ice cream. My favorite.

I’m also hoping to find some alcohol-free wine around here. I’m in love with Manischewitz concord grape wine (a kosher Jewish wine sold in my area) – but, when trying for a baby…not a good idea. And no, grape juice just isn’t as good 😀
