I'm looking forward to the first look, walking back up the aisle after we're married, and getting announced at the reception.
I'm looking forward to the ceremony most, but I'm kind of worried that it will be really short so it will go so quickly! I just really hope everything goes smoothly especially with the ceremony because I want to be totally in the moment and not stressing about any random stuff... For the reception, as long as we have food and music, I don't care if stuff isn't exactly right. But I want the ceremony to be perfect.
The first look, hearing my FI's vows (we're writing our own and he's being very secretive!), seeing myself with hair, makeup and in my dress for the first time, and our first dance (not so much the whole people staring at us part, but just dancing with him).
I'm looking forward to our first dance as Husband and Wife!
I"m most looking forward to seeing him for the first time as I walk down the aisle. And for hearing "I now pronounce you man and wife" and the first time they introduce us as Mr. & Mrs. OurLastName.
I'm looking forward to walking down the aisle too. We've picked a very special song to us, I hope our guests notice and react to it :)
I also look forward to just having a blast with people I haven't seen in awhile. I can't imagine wait to see all the people we both care about in ONE room, that will never happen again so I want to soak it all in.
And, I'm also really looking forward to taking pictures. I can't wait to have beautiful pictures to look at for the rest of our lives. Yay!
I guess I am really looking forward to the first dance too. We are still trying to decide on a song.. but want to have one that's meaningful to us! Good point, I'll add that to my list.. while I'm sure the whole day will be full of amazing moments!!!
i'm really looking forward to our "first look" (we're doing pics before the ceremony at the reception venue)... and also the ceremony/our vows (we're writing our own!)
i'm excited for our guests to enjoy the reception, but i think the most intimate moments are what i am looking forward to the most!
As shy as I am, I'm really looking forward to saying our vows. After that, I'm looking forward dancing with my friends and relatives.
So there were so many special parts (I'm already married) but saying our vows was just surreal, it was a crazy feeling to put rings on each others hands and have all these people watch us and be like wow, right now, we just changed from single people to a married couple.
The first look - having that special time with JUST FI and I (well, and our photog!).
I'm also really looking forward to getting ready with my gals. :)
I'm really looking forward to our first look. I'm so happy we're doing it this way, because I feel like the moment will be incredible and very private and personal. This is really my top moment.

Is it wrong of me to say the cake? hehe. that was some darn good cake we ordered and i can't wait to eat it!
but i also can't wait to get all made up and take pics! =)
The first look and our vows are the biggest for me.
After that? Probably the end of the night and going home with my husband.
definitely definitely the thing i'm looking forward to the most is walking down the aisle. i decided to get a long veil and everything to up the walking down the aisle factor and i'm determined to make FI shed at least one little tear :)
I'm looking forward to our first look photos, the pronounciation of husband and wife, and partying the night away (and saying goodbye to wedding season for this year!)
First look photos, walking down the aisle, saying our vows, getting applauded as husband and wife, entering the reception, first dance, eating cake, and going back to the hotel room!
Im having a destination wedding so its like I cant wait to leave for florida, to go & get our marriage licenses for that state, then on our wedding day just gettin ready, having a photographer capturing all those memories! And then walkin barefoot in the sand on the beach to my future husband! ALL of it! Im so excited!! I think just being a bride in general! I cant wait even for my bridal showers!!
I am geeked about waking up the morning of, putting on my dress and getting ready, and mostly seeing his face when I walk into the room.
i'm really, really excited about the ceremony! walking down the aisle with both my parents will be so special
I think the part I'm looking forward to most is the after dinner at the reception mingling. I'm obviously excited to get married and I hope our ceremony will be beautiful and meaningful, but I feel like I'm going to be stressed out about that part. I'm going to be worried about something going wrong, I am very nervous about speaking in front of people, and I'll be worried about doing or saying something stupid with all eyes on me. I think once the ceremony is over I'll breath a big sigh of relief like... for better or worse we did it! Getting to just hang out with our friends and family at the reception will be, I think, the best part.
I can't wait for the ceremony itself, we picked 2 ceremonies that are traditions in both of our cultures.

I also can't wait for my guests to see all the little touches that some of my family, friends and FI diy-ed. When I work hard on somethign I like for me and others to soak it all in. :)
I am most looking forward to the first dance. i plan to tune EVERYONE out and just focus on my hubby :)
i couldn't wait to see it all come together- and it was amazing. I was also looking forward to the ceremony, but i didn't really get to see a lot, since you know- the bride walks in last. I guess i'll have to watch the video so I can see how cute our flowergirl was etc. lol
You know, I've been sitting here trying to think of what I'm looking forward to the most, and I'm having a really hard time. I can honestly say that I'm looking forward to ALL of it. Everything from waking up in the morning and having breakfast with my family, to dancing with people that don't normally dance. There isn't a single part of my wedding that I'm not looking forward to. How lucky am I?
I think one of the most special moments will be my Dad walking me down the aisle and us having our dance. My dad is a great man, but he's not a lovey dovey one. That being said I have a feeling I'm going to find him in a corner privately bawling his eyes out.
I'm so looking forward to seeing my FI as I am walking down the aisle. And then getting that first moment together alone after the ceremony as husband and wife.
I really am looking forward to the entire day and all the moments- We're putting so much time and effort into the day to make it special that I cannot wait to see it all come together!

I really am looking forward to the vows and to the priest announcing us as husband and wife. That seems to me, to be the most important part. The rest is all fun...but those few moments will change our lives forever.
Definitely the first look, and when the pastor pronounces us man and wife! I am looking forward to the vows too but I'm also scared out of my pants that I am going to start sobbing haha.
I guess the whole day really...I want to try and soak it all up as much as possible!
Getting ready in the morning with my maids, the first time we see each other when I walk down the aisle, particularly being in the wedding car to go to the reception because we'll be alone.
I had to stop reading all the comments because I am tearing up. I am a a complete baby right now! My wedding is in 13 days & guess that why I am such an emotional wreck. I have waited for this day for 38 years...........yes first marriage & I am 38. I really thought that this would never happen to me & I was OK & not even looking when FI came into my life.....anywho......I am looking forward to everything about that day, but most of all I am looking forward to seeing his face for the first time when I walk down the aisle. I just hope the day doesn't seem like it is only a few hours.
I have to say I am most looking forward to getting ready with my sister in law and neices and Mom. I see it as a fun, easy going and exciting time. I'm very shy and I am rather dreading the walk down the aisle, vows and even the reception. Ugh! I really really wanted a very private wedding and I am so not getting it. It's kind of a sore subject. I told my Mom that I wasn't getting anything I wanted and she reminded me that I am getting my guy...she's right, and I'll focus on that. Also, we have a break between the church and the reception for pics and I think that will be fun, just he people we love most. Way to go to you girls excited to walk the walk!!

I loved reading everyone's responses too. I actually went home the other day after I posted this, and asked my FI the same question... "what part of the day are you looking foward to?" To which he had a LONG response, including: seeing me walking down the aisle, when they announces us man and wife, having fun at the reception, our photos.... and on and on.. basically everything short of the first dance (he must not be looking foward to that.. hehe) but it was nice to hear that GUYS think about these things too! He was like a little kid at christmas talking about it.. it warmed my heart!
I am so excited about that moment when everyone stands and your groom sees you for the first tme! Also, the moment when you are married, and free, and you can get out of that Church and head for your Mustang Convertible :)

Hi Bees. I was wondering what part of your wedding day you are looking forward to the most!
First of course I'm super excited just to be getting married, but specificially things about the day that I'm excited about:
I have been dreaming of walking down the aisle of a beautiful church since I was a little girl & walking toward my FI will def. make me shed a tear of joy. I'm also soooo excited to get announced into the reception. I always thought those girls were celebrities when I was young.. They were beautiful, and smiling and the center of attention.
Those are my favorite things.. what are you guys looking forward to?
