i'm not an expert, but fi and i just used the really thin sharpies. they came out really nice.
a friend of mine used clear address labels and used a fancy font - it actually came out much nicer than expected
another pen that i love to use are teh precision V5 from pilot - good ink flow and very smooth lines if you have good handwriting and don't care about prinitng them.
I totally used a Pilot Precise V5 for addressing my invitations. It's my favorite pen ever. I don't have great handwriting, but at least it looked good, and I didn't spend a fortune.

Anyone have suggestions for pens to use for addressing invitation envelopes? Our invites arrived today and I'd like to start addressing my little heart out. Thanks so much!
