I used the Leachco Snoogle. My husband got it for me and man, it was amazing. Best thing ever!!! I hated not having it on nights when we were out of town, staying in hotels. It was a pain to change the cover because of the shape though so I just kept a couple regular pillowcases on it so I can change it often. 🙂

I have a Bump Nest and really like it so far. I’m 16 weeks so no big bump yet, but it’s helping me get in the habit of sleeping correctly. The cover is really soft and comes in several pretty patterns.

I used a regular pillow.

I didn’t use a “real” pregnancy pillow because my friend said when she tried to get out of bed to go to the bathroom at night she would get tangled in the pillow and plain get stuck. She also had issues flipping to another side. I just got the amazingly funny but sad picture about her all tangled up in the pillow. So I decided to save the money and use a regular pillow…and it worked!
I was pregnant with twins so I was even bigger than most and I just put a pillow under my stomach as I laid on my side and pillow up near my chest to hug. Worked perfectly and saved me $50-$100+ dollars.

another vote for the snoogle.  we have a queen sized bed and it doesn’t take up too much room and is super comfortable.

I used the Snoogle every single night during my pregnancy.  It was the only way to get comfy and helped relieve my hip pain

I bought a snoogle around 13-15 weeks. I hated it then and I hate it now (Almost 31 weeks) It’s just terrile. I wake up with the worst back ache or neck ache and it doesn’t provide ANY support for my belly since it’s jus too thick to wedge under my belly.
I use a regular pillow that I squish between my thighs and rest my belly on.
I also bought a ‘foam wedge’ from Thyme Maternity and it’s not bad. You can use it under your belly or between your knees. I mostly use it for reading in bed though, the thick part behind my back helps it from getting too sore.

But as for that stupid expensive snoogle, I have it wrapped around my dogs doggy bed… HE LOVES IT, LOL.

I also bought a wedge that I can shove under my belly. Recently I’m also using two regular pillows to prop my feet up since my legs are swelling by the end of the day.  I can’t get comfortable no matter what I do but the wedge definitely helped!

I just got a regular body pillow from Target for $10. DH loves cuddling with it after I leave the bed in the morning 🙂

I got the boppy cuddle pillow. It was inexpensive, small enough that it didn’t take up the whole bed, and I can use it for nursing.
