I probably should say the kitchenaide mixer, but really? I'm all about this Cuisinart food processor! It was a tough choice, so I seriously had to think for a few minutes before writing this!

We "splurged" on our every day dinner ware.  I love it and can't wait to use it!

Of course we have the Kitchenaid mixer on the registry, but I think I'm most excited about the flateware and the bedding we've registered for.

It sounds silly, but I think I'm most excited about getting new bath towels!  I can't believe how expensive nice luxurious towels are.  We're still using mix-matched hand-me-down falling apart towels that we had in college!  It's going to be like living in a hotel having our own nice towels!

I'm really hoping someone will get us a small freezer. We barely have any room to stock up on frozen items now, so my mom suggested we get a small freezer for our spare bedroom for a bit more space.

It's gotta be the new bedding and a china cabinet! We registered for a real goose feather down comforter, which we've both wanted for a long time. Also, a china cabinet to store our fancy dishes and silverware since we're out of room in our kitchen!

My fiance isn't as excited about this one, but I'm really hoping we get our potholders at Anthropologie:

I think I have been the most excited about each present that arrives.  When we registered, it was all about our all-clad.  But honestly, I got a meat tenderizer the other day and I was out of this world excited.  By a $20 meat tenderizer.  That I asked someone to get me.  But they did!

That said, I'm dying to replace our bed and I'm really hoping that we get new sheets so it's one more thing we don't need to pay for when we spent a boatload on a new mattress.

Definitely the knives.  Though the Cuisinart food processor arrived a few days ago...can't wait to use that either.  And of course, kitchenaid mixer.  But I think the appliances I would have justified sooner or later.  I know we'll use the knives more than anything else, but they seem so extravagant (I did not cut corners on these...I figure we can always use our completion discount if no one buys 'em).

I'm most excited about our dinnerware. I'm obsessed with both our china and our every day. I have a dish obsession I guess!!

I can't wait to get a Penguin Water Carbonator from Williams Sonoma! I love fizzy water. My FSIL has it & I know she'll get it for us! It's so easy to use & you just use tap water. I couldn't believe it when I first had a sip... the water is delicious & stays carbonated for up to a week. Its going to save a lot of money and end my daily San Pellegrino habit.

Oh and I also can't wait to get a Raclette! We used to have family dinners using our raclette... it was always tons of fun.

I'm excited for the dyson hand held vac we registered for. I love hand vacs! (I know, I'm crazy)

@Dorsay - we have that food processor and it is soooo awesome! My FI uses it more than I do!

I'm most excited about the Kitchenaide mixer!  I'm also excited about the 12-pack of colored cloth napkins that C&B came out with.  They come in all different colors!  I think they'll spice up our all-white dishes :)

A Mandolin! (Not the instrument... the slicer) Every time I am slicing up potatoes or other veggies I daydream about how easier the task would be with a mandolin lol! Also a KitchenAid Mixer!

@missomally - I can't wait for new fluffly towels either! Right now we have all these mismatched towels (also from college)... I can't wait to register and hopefully receive huge fluffy towels!

@recessionista - I never heard of a water carbonator but I would LOVE this! We aren't planning on registering at Williams-Sonoma but if I can't find it anywhere else I'll look into it! Cool!

Our wedding isn't til sept 2010, but I've already started working on our registry!  As for the thing I am most excited about, it's a tie between the wine refrigerator and the kitchenAid mixer - both items that I have needed (okay, wanted) for a while but just can't bring myself to plunk down the cash!
