Make sure you're clear on what they cover/what they provide for your ceremony. Also, be aware of if you're allowed to use outside vendors or if you must use only their approved ones. That last bit actually was the turning point for a wedding venue I was considering. I hated what their vendors did, and I had to use them. Also, see what their "bad weather" policy is and when all the money is due!

We are going to meet the venue salesperson this coming Sunday and this will be our second visit. My FH and I love the venue and we are ready to book it. Are there anythings that we need to beware before signing the contract? I don't want to be regret. Please give me some advices, thanks!!!
