@Rosalie63: What do you mean “making you wait”?

How long ago did he buy the ring? Have you discussed your timelines for a wedding, family, etc?

Also, what stage of life are you in? Are you still in school? Each settled in your own homes? Living together?

1 year is long enough to be ready to marry someone, but it also isn’t an eternity.

Basically all you can do is wait, unless you feel you are in a relationship where you can propose to him.

If he’s bought the ring he’s probably waiting for the right moment to ask. Just let him do his thing 🙂

@Rosalie63: That’s unlikely, he wouldn’t have bought the ring if he wasn’t serious 🙂

Why do you feel he’s second guessing himself? Was there something he did or said to make you feel that way? Him not giving you the ring the instant he got it isn’t indicative of cold feet. Is there something else you haven’t told us?

He bought the ring – hes halfway there! Stop talking about it with him or asking him about it and he will get around to asking you 🙂 He is probably trying to make it special and at a time when you are not expecting it!

Did he pick it out himself?  Geez, just wait!  Nothing is better than to have it be a surprise!  Chillax woman…..lol

More info please? How long ago did he buy it? Couldn’t have been too long.
