Ok your wedding is this week, one of the most stressful times for alot of brides. What you need to do is eat healthy and get plenty of rest. That will do your body and skin good, on top of making sure your mental health is in check the day of your wedding. Seriously 3lbs? Not noticeable to anyone else but you. Anyone fluctuates that on any given day with diet, sleep and digestive issues. Stick to low sodium food/drinks, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and get plenty of sleep. That is all you really need to be concerned about. If you stress about your meals or stress about the scale, it will show in your skin and weight and also on your day. Just enjoy this time!
I think Jillian Micheals has a section in her 30 day shred book on what to do 7 days before an event. I think basically cut back on carbs, lay off salt. Fish would be a great option to eat, drink lots of water. Most of all have fun on your day!
I think you should focus on lots of water (especially for your complexion) and make sure your salt intake is low. Also, make sure your getting enough fiber to stay "regular" all week!

Its my final countdown!
What do you suggest for my wedding week diet? I would love to lose 3 more lbs. Not only that, I want to have healthy skin, and no bloating. I'm giving up red meat, maybe even chicken and only stick to fish.
What sucks is I have an event for work at an awesome Thai restaurant for lunch.....
No noodles for me!!
Any other advice?
