We are getting ready to choose a florist and have meetings lined up with several. I’m just not sure what I should expect, so hope you bees who have done this already might be able to help.
We have pictures for inspiration, we will be providing the containers for the centerpieces, we want to discuss flower preferences and options if those are not available.
I know to ask about set up and delivery… but what else do I need to cover?
Can I expect to see a mock up of the centerpiece and the bouquets… or is that something I will have to pay extra for?

@dittobelle: they should include a mock up of the centerpieces for free.
IN the price quote they give you, they should include the centerpieces, bouquets, boutineers, dais/sweetheart table, baskets for the church and petals for the FG (if you have one)

Florist usually do a sample viewing of the centerpiece, bridal bouquet, and BM bouquet a few months prior to the wedding. We didn’t have to pay for this but you should inquire with the florist just to be safe. Discuss whether or not you want them to decorate the actual wedding cake, place card table, gift/card table. Discuss available options for the stem wrap around on all the bouquets … you may want a specific material/color to match with the dresses or decor. If I think of anything else I will let you know!
