Okay Bees I am working on designing our programs. I have every page but ONE figured out and I CANNOT think of anything to put on that page.
Outside cover: Our names and the date
Inside cover: Wedding party silhouttes w/ names & titles and parents names
First page: Ceremony order
Second page: (back of first page) A thank you to our parents and others
Third page: Fun Facts about us and the bridal party
Fourth page: (back of third page) I DONT KNOW!!! HERES WHERE I NEED HELP!
Inside of back cover: Day of timeline (with cheesy clip art and all)
Outside back cover: A “thanks for attending” note
ETA: I added a poll. The food would list the 15 passed hordourves and 2 stations for cocktail hour, the choices (preselected) again for dinner and the served appetizer that comes with dinner, and what our cake flavors our and about our dessert station.

We did “How We Met” on one of the pages, along with “Fun Facts” about us.
On the back page we added this: “Why do you wear your ring on the 4th finger?” (here’s a link http://gqgirl.hubpages.com/hub/Why-is-the-wedding-ring-on-the-4th-finger ) I found it on Pinterest and thought it was cute!

Put your monogram on the cover, and move all of the other pages.

Are these programs for ceremony? Will you be marrying in church? Talk about the churchs’ history and why you chose it. Write timeline of ceremony. Also how you and your fiance met, proposed, etc.

@mm86: That is really creative and cute! I have not seen that before!
@Brielle: My FI has a strong opposition to monograms….I know thats incredibly odd haha
@HappyBride827: Ah my bad! We are getting married at the venue the reception will be at.

@excitedtobeMRSF: It’s not as odd as you think. My DH dislikes them also. He finds them to be pretentious. He did not want ours on the cover of our program. I had to put it inside instead.
By the way, don’t forget to have a page listing your new address (if you will have one,) Also, if either of you has lost grandparents or other family members, you could have a page naming those who were unable to be with you that day. Our eight-page programs included a page like this that named all eight of our grandparents.

I just wrote my own poll regarding this, haha. Another option is a custom word search! I might do one.

@Brielle: Ah great suggestions thank you!!!
@cpierson: We just added that to the back cover! Too cute to pass up!

excitedtobeMRSF: I like the idea of the fun facts…
But then again….why even have programs..? Who says you have to…?

You need something fairly short, because people really won’t take the time to read every word/study it. And most are left in a pile, after they exit the room. My daughter’s put bridal party bios, how they met, how they got engaged, etc., on their website.
Daughter #2 – wedding this year (from top down, on each page): 1. outside front cover – date, his name, bling heart, her name, venue name 2. inside front cover -Participants, Prelude music list 3. inside back cover – The Ceremony 4. back cover The Bridal Party and a Thank You to guests
