Haha… so, I’m having troubles visualizing what headpiece/veil/whatever I should wear with my dress. It’s a very busy dress and I don’t want to look too over the top with a crazy hairpiece, but I don’t know what I should wear at all! Help?
Here’s my dress:

What about something like this. I think a birdcage look would be awesome, but maybe keep the clip, comb, headband, or fascinator on the minimal side.

I think a flower clip would look AWESOME,

I think if you had a soft fabric flower that matches the rosette detail of your gown would look very nice. Or a lace applique combto hold back a portion of your hair. I would stay in the same color and fabric of your dress or else it will end up looking too fussy. That dress makes such a beautiful statement you don’t want something to take away from it but you want to accent it. I’m pretty crafty, I can talk to you on how you can make one yourself fairly easy, or makeone for you if you’d like. [email protected]

This is one of the dresses I’m thinking of getting. It has such a beautiful back so I was thinking of just getting a plain shoulder or elbow length veil with no edge detail and just one layer of tulle so that the back is still visible. Then I was thinking of getting a fabric flower or a bejeweled flower head piece on the side. Do you have anymore pics of you in the dress? I really want to pick it, but on me the boob area looked poofy because it has all that extra 3D material which makes me hesitate. It looks good on you though!

I like the jewled headband look perhaps. Something flat to your head I think would be the best choice.

I, too, think a jeweled and/or satin headband would look beautiful with your gown and the length of your hair! Here’s one online htat I liked (but, shorter of course).

I think a jeweled hair comb with a little birdcage netting would be gorgeous.
