I did striped straws, flip flops for the ladies, hanging mason jars, chalkboard menu signs, seating cards on the ceremony chairs, rustic wooden signage and a few other things!

@MrsNeutrino: Screws, like, hardware screws?? I would like to see a picture of that! hehe
@Miss Seersucker: I love that inspiration board. It looks so romantic!
I love all these small details!
So far I am working on our Faux Rose Petal Aisle Runner, Ceremony Aisle Vases which will turn into Reception Centerpieces, We plan on doing our own homemade favors using mom's famous fudge! And more to come I'm sure!
I did a lot of DIY stuff for my Engagmenet Party!
@CupCakeMeg:I made a faux aisle runner too! Although I made mine with a layout of flimsy string that was shaped like this

But it was more flimsy and less thick so it would blend into the grass. Then I sprinkled fabric flower petals like I would have for an all flower petal runner, and then I super glued then down. My venue didn't allow flower petals on the grass (messy) and so I created this so it was easy just to pick up! Thought I would share.
Ooh I totally forgot I want to put this garland across the aisle to keep people from walking down the aisle before the ceremony. I think this might be kinda pricey to do though, not sure...

@HoneyBear: that is BEAUTIFUL! Awesome idea! Are you using faux florals? Start collecting those Michaels/JoAnns Coupons!! =) And for FLORAL Arrangement Events/Coupons!
@Mrs.Sunflower: Thank you for the tip! I actually JUST finished my first side of two aisle runner sides (if that makese sense) Doing 14ft since they said its about 16ft, then will make extra pieces to ahese if necessary to make longer! I only made it about 3inches wide, using about 3/4 petals across. Since our aisle is only about 3.5ft wide. My dress is pretty full and I didnt want to make the runner too wide! I'll definitley post pictures when I can! Thanks again for the tips!!
@CupCakeMeg: I would like to use real ones, but that might get too expensive. I have seen some really great faux alternatives though.
Bumping this because yall are so creative and I wanna copy you :D hehehehe
I'm doing program fans, parasols, and a flip flop basket to keep our guests comfortable throughout the day, and I'm also putting together a photo display of our family's wedding photos. I also made moss monograms for the church doors, and signage for the gardens we're having our reception in so people know where to go for each event. I totally agree that the little details really make a difference. You might not think people notice them, but they always notice them if they're not there!
