Oh, it is love by HelloGoodbye

“It is love from the first
Time I pressed my lips against yours
Thinking, “Oh, is it love?”

@WaltzDreams:  I love that song!

@Laurenplusalex:  I am sorry that you are missing him! I love listening to Faithfully by Journey when my fiancé travels for work.  That one is good for missing someone too.

There are many songs that describe my relationship with my fiance, but the one that has long seemed perfect is Bless the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts. The parts below make me tear up.

Every long lost dream led me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like Northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
I think about the years I spent just passing through
I’d like to have the time I lost and give it back to you
But you just smile and take my hand
You’ve been there you understand
It’s all part of a grander plan that is coming true.

@FLBlonde93:  Aww I like that song, too. Those lyrics are very fitting to conversations my SO and I have had.

Well, as a waiting bee my heart sways between two songs to describe our relationship (depending on my mood). I know it’s cheating but I couldn’t just pick one.

If I’m feeling that his words are full of empty air, Sweet Nothing by Calvin Harris (feat Florence and the Machine) describes it perfectly.

Then I’ll switch over to ‘I will wait for you’ by Mumford and Sons
