anyone who has been married or planning a wedding may notice. we used the celebrate stamps bc they matched our std and 2 ppl mentioned them. that was the point i realized that while there are zillions of options, if it makes you happy, do it. just dont depend on others to notice too much!
i think it's great! besides rocky and the art museum, the liberty bell is totally philly. thoughtful, not cheap and ugly!

I don't think too many people will notice, or make a judgement about the stamp. As a Nittany lion myself (We Are....) I would probably smile when I saw the panther that resembled us, and it would remind me of you guys in college!

So, for our invitations, we are having a postcard RSVP. Which means we will be using the postcard stamps for the RSVP's. The postcard stamp features a panther that really bears a pretty strong resemblance to our college mascot - the Nittany Lion. We met at Penn State and got engaged there. Since graduation, we have move to Philadelphia for his medical schooling. So, the question I am asking here is...
...if we use the panther post card stamps on the RSVP's and the Liberty Bell forever stamps on the invitations, will our guests get the whole Penn State - Philadelphia connection, or will they just think that we picked out cheap, ugly stamps???
