DH makes fun of me, because I love "Dallas Cowboys Cheereleaders" on CMC. I'm embarrased.... ;-) I used to cheer and dance, and it's fun and light hearted to watch.
So make me feel better! What silly shows do you like?

And DH has gotten me addicted to Rescue Me. I used to tease him that it's a soap opera for men, but now I enjoy it too.
And if I'm in the mood I enjoy wasting time with Sister Wives. *rolls eyes*
I don't watch it on cable, but on my netflix I am sad to admit I love that teen mom series, and sister wives. I am fascinated by both sets of ladies!
PS: Does DH take a look at DCC - I would think men might enjoy that show just fine.
@tovaford12: Haha, he noticed it was on our DVR the other day and looked at me like a crazy person. I don't think he made the connection that there would be pretty girls in skimpy outfits!

It is so horrible. My fiance HATES it. Like cannot even hear it & has to be out of the house. He can at least find humor in Rachel Zoe Project (another guilty pleasure)
Ok I'm 31, almost 32 and inlove with One Tree Hill. DH hates it! I'm so excited the new, final season starts in January.

My one big guilty pleasure - Bridezillas... LOL! My FI was playing on the computer while I was watching this once and all of a sudden I realized that I couldn't hear the keyboard tapping anymore - he was watching, draw dropped! He looked and me and said "and these guys actually go through with these weddings?!" HAHAHA
Awkward on MTV. I thought it looked so stupid when I saw the ads for it....and then I ended up loving it.

Teen Mom and I just started watching Gossip Girl now that it's on Netflix. We watch Jersey Shore together.

I'd have to go with Millionaire Matchmaker, actually SO and I love that show, Patti is sooooo funny! Next week they set up her for her own Mixer! Exciting. But also Revenge.... Anyone watching this?! I spend a day at work engrossed in it. I thought it would just be something to have on while I wrote up some reports, but I found myself sucked in! It's soooooo good! Oh and Extreme Couponing, SO and I do this together as well.
My stupid show is not currently airing, but I can't wait for it to be back in January!! It's Mob Wives. Haha. I just can't get enough of those crazy ladies!
I"m so disgusted, I pretty much watch just about 80% of whats been mentioned.
@Lindsay12.31.2010: HA! Yeah, me too...but that never happens. I watch the Biggest Loser too while eating fattening foods, like pizza and ice cream. LOL! I don't even know why I love to watch DCC because I haven't been a cheerleader since 5th grade and that was when EVERYONE made the team. 
I can't help it though. I just love to watch it.
SO got me into watching Real Housewives of Bev Hills AND Jersey Shore...Before I met him I was only into 'legit' shows...lol!!

Lately secret life of the american teenager; the show is so bad it's good. FI has to leave the room when i watch it, lol.
I have to second the 16 & pregnant and teen mom. Everytime my fiance catches me watching it, he is like "seriously?" but it is so addicting. I am also a total sucker for game shows - Deal or No Deal is my latest obsession on this front.
ALL of the "Real Housewives" shows.... i dont care what he says I love watching them. Ive seen every single episode of every season of ALL of them lol
