When I saw the fabrics, I immediately thought strapless, Make it like a ballgown dress, but short. I have no clue how to explain it any other way (cause I’m not really a designer). But I feel it could have a skinny waist and then flair out (like a ballgown does) but end at the knees or above. That would be cute πŸ™‚
