Okay bees, I feel like I have been ovulating FOREVER. What I always thought were ovulation cramps (basically it feels like someone is physically pinching my ovary) because they lasted a couple of days and then came back a month later (and in between periods), have lasted now for 2.5 weeks. They’re not every day and only on my right side but if I get one I tend to get a bunch that day. I thought it was weird that I was ovulating the week after my period (and they were wicked intense, like doubled over) but now I’m not so sure. They’re not as strong but I am starting to get alarmed.
My mother had/has(?) endometriosis. For those of you who either feel when they’re ovulating or have endo, can you comment and let me know what you think?

It could be so many things – a virus, constipation, a cyst, appendix problems etc. You really should see a doctor and get checked out to be sure everything is ok.

When I was in high school i started feeling a pinch and it gradually got worse…to the point that my mom drove me to the hospital thinking it might be my appendix. Turns out it was an ovarian cyst that ruptured =/ It seemed to happen at least once a year. Now that I’m on BC I don’t seem to have the issue anymore. If the pain persists I would just go check it out.

That was how my endometriosis started. It was like a pinching cramp that would come and go then eventually stay.

Grrrr, really hoping it not either endo or a cyst but I did ask. Thanks for responding.
@bricon: Was it just one side, right over your ovary or was it over your entire uterus region?
@yellowismyfavoritecolor: LOL @ constipation. I drink way too much coffee to have that affliction. 😉
@Terryal87: Thanks hun – I’ll keep my eye (?) out for worsening. For now, it seems to be in it’s relaxed mode but who knows what might happen after my period next week. :
