@Sweetpeaontheweddingbee7:  We’re going for blue, white and black.  As for a theme we don’t have one because we just don’t fit into one box (Im just can’t handle the stress of trying to stick to one).  I admire people who can pull off a theme, but if we have a theme I think it will be “let’s get married”.

@Sweetpeaontheweddingbee7:  I was originally on The Knot website, but had so many bad experiences and bullying on their forums that I left and came here.  I love to do Google image searches and just scroll through them, PinInterest is also great!

I’d love to see what you dream up with your colors, they are so bold and offer tons of possibilities.

Our colors are navy and eggplant, with hints of metallic and the flowers will be all white with some green.

Our theme is Harry Potter but not, vintage books or something, not sure what to call it.

Ours colors were black, white, and red. I went with a vague Old Hollywood theme

Our colous are Aqua & red. There’s a slight nod to traveling…airmail envelopes, postcards, places we’ve been as a couple.

our theme was ‘awesome’ and our colors were all of them (i had rainbow hair, encouraged our guests to wear colorful clothing, and used as many colors as we could in the flowers and decor).

We are having a woodland fairy tale theme. We are focusing more on theme than colors. Think branches, Christmas lights, tons of candles. Woodsy but chic, with mostly white flowers and greenery.

The bridesmaids will be in bright plum/burgundy (Bill Levkoff “sangria” chiffon!), and we will have paper lanterns and poms hanging above the stations in undecided colors, probably blush, champagne, and ivory! But I’m really trying to avoid having a pink and purple wedding, haha. Maybe a lavender instead of blush? But I hate lavender… I feel like my colors make no sense! As I said, we are focused more on the theme. Lol.

We have two themes that go together. The ceremony will be a total late 1800’s mining town theme. Think the movie Tombstone. After the ceremony, gun fighters are going to try and ‘kidnap me’ and put on a show for the guests. FI of course will rescue me. He is totally stoked about this. The reception will be more of a country throw down. We are total country folk so it will fit us. The mining town thing came from FI and FMIL’s interests in the history of Arizona mining towns. The colors will be fall colors, I want my reception to represent harvest season. I grew up in a farm town.
