    We did the photos before.

    5:30-6:30  Ceremony
    6:30-7:00  Travel to reception (we did some extra photos and got to cocktail hour at around 7:30)
    7:00-8:00  Cocktail hour
    8:00          Dinner

    2:00 PM. The Catholic Church where I’m getting married only does ceremonies at 12 and 2 on Saturdays.

    First time round… it was 4 PM.  I was the required 10 minutes “fashionably late”… so floated off down the aisle at 4:10, lol.

    This time round…

    Sometime between 2 and 3 PM (we are still to finalize the arrangements with an Officiant).  The time was chosen because I looked at a Website for Weather Stats and it told me that on our chosen date in our Destination, that is when it is warmest (important in December) and least likelihood of rain (outdoor wedding overlooking the Beach / Ocean)… such websites can be a godsend for anyone planning an outdoor event.

    7pm. We are having a fairly formal wedding in a historic ballroom, so it just made sense to do it later in the evening.
