Just wondering about this, because I find myself feeling guilty for sleeping in my days off. If I am not out of bed by 9:30 I feel like I have wasted my day and it sort of ruins my mood and makes me feel rushed. What about you guys?

We usually get up anywhere from 9AM-11AM. I get up at 5AM during the week so sleeping in is a pleasure 🙂 Anywhere past 11AM and I fee like I slept in too much.

Well I always wake up on my own as if im going to work.. I walk my dog .. then I lay back in bed and fall asleep till whenever 🙂 and usually take a nap later in the day too! lol.. i love to sleep.

Usually on the weekends anywhere from 9-11 depending on how late we stayed up and if my stepson is with us. During the week, Darling Husband gets up anywhere from 5:30-9, and I’m usually up around 8:30-9. I’m also a huge fan of napping 🙂

i am a barista, so on the days that I open the joint i definitely need a nap when i get off. sometimes i will nap for 3 hours!

I get up at 6 on weekdays (ok 6:30 with snooze) and if I’m allowed to sleep in 9:30 naturally. DH is a pretty early riser, 8ish and makes me get up earlier than I’d like on weekends.

Generally somewhere in the 8 o’clock hour. We get up around 6:00 during the week so I don’t feel guilty at all sleeping in a bit on the weekends.

Normally I get up at 6:30.
Weekends and days off I can sleep until maybe 7:30. I’m awake by then anyway, and even if I wasn’t the dogs would make sure I knew it was time to rise and shine!

On the weekends, I tend to sleep in until 9 or 9:30. I wake up at 5:30 during the week, so having the opportunity to sleep in is just like Heaven here on Earth! 🙂

I used to sleep till past noon when I was younger. I’m now 35 and find myself waking up much earlier, like 9ish most weekends. Either I have to go to the bathroom, or the phone rings, or the cats start meowing…It’s always something. I usually stay in bed and force myself to go to sleep till at least 10.30 -11. Weekends are my only chance to catch up on much needed sleep.

I wake up around 5:30 most work days, so usually Darling Husband and I climb out of bed when we hear our daughter stirring upstairs. Usually between 9-10.

I voted 6am or earlier, NOT because I want to rise and shine and hit the gym, but because I can’t help it.
On work days I have to wake up by 3:30am to get to work, so on my days off it’s almost impossible for me to sleep past 6. Ususlly I wake up around 5. I am LUCKY if I can sleep till 9, but that almost never happens.
ETA: However, I do take some pretty hefty naps. 🙂

You didn’t have a choice for between 6 and 7. I wake up between 5:30 and 6:00 on weekdays and my internal clock can’t adjust in only two days so it’s usually the same, although on the weekends I’ll usually snooze an extra 20 minutes or so. Then I wake up and read while Fiance cooks breakfast. He makes a mean fritatta. 🙂

Meh, unless I am really pooped I am up before 8. My day off is when I have to get things done (i.e homework, gym..). Rarely am I sleeping past noon o_O
