Weird question, I know, but typically I wouldn’t show up to anything other than a dinner party right at the start time. We’ve all been hostesses, right? We need a little extra time for the last-minute arrangements. But my future mother-in-law is graciously hosting a bridal shower for me in a couple weeks and I wanted to get a consensus from past brides and/or bridal shower hostesses as to what time you wanted the bride to arrive. Thanks!

I’m really not sure! I’m not having any kind of shower, but if I did, I’d probably show up a little early (no more than 15 minutes, though). You’d want to be there before all the guests arrive and help greet them, I guess?

Every shower I’ve been to, or helped arrange, the bride is there before the first guest arrives.

My shower is 2 weeks from today! Squee!! I’m planning on getting there before any guests so I can help greet them.

I was slightly early to both of mine, I felt like I should be there to greet the guests.
