Hey belle :) Been thinking about you!
I am up late with my FH watching tv and getting ready to go to bed...work tomorrow!
I want to see pictures...I love all that crafty stuff, you know that!! :)
At least you're being productive with your bout of sleeplessness! I'm putting off statistics homework that's due via Blackboard at 6 pm tomorrow. Blech.
I'm printing menus and freaking out about dress alterations, lol, while being annoyed that there's a thousand channels and nothing to watch!
I'm going to nosh (bad for diet I know..but it IS veggies) on some veggie fajitas I had earlier (only ate less than 1/2) and just trying to take my mind off things.
Glad I'm not the only night owl out here.. Hugs to all. Dang this is taking a while.

Aww thanks! I like how it turned out... so I am going to just go ahead and do my own makeup. Do ya think so too?
@hisbunny: i think you are definitely talented enough to do your own makeup, i would probably go with a trial to see what the pros do to get pointers or perhaps different makeups, but that's about it..
I am up too, but because I am working (Although not hard I know). But before I did show up tonight I could not sleep a wink thinking about how small/big I want my STDs. Going over in my mind every detail and how I really need to work on them!
It looks great! You look bee-autiful Bunny! Very natural, yet you see your bone structure well and it complements your complexion.
Here's my stuff I did:
First, I had to use the tool that creates the tag..you use it to cut the cardstock..
Next I used some really cute vacation and travel themed stamps to stamp onto the tags with some shimmery graphite ink and then sprinkled clear embossing powder on it, shook off excess powder. Then I used the heat tool to create the embossed effect on each tag. Here you can see some of the vacation themed stamps I used!
Oh..do take note of the savings I got at Michaels!
then, I stamped away and stayed awake courtesy of unsweetened Iced tea and some veggie fajitas and a few nacho chips and salsa.
Finished products!
First, here's the tags, before I put them away in a clear plastic baggie for storage.
they're kinda cute and vintage-y looking.
Next, is my version of a ring bearer pillow! It's all naturale, even the holes came courtesy of Mother Nature! For the beach, it's perfect! An abalone shell with a satin ribbon threaded through to hold our wedding rings!

Well you haven't seen my lip. Mother Nature does have a sense of humor.
I have a huge swelled up bottom lip. From 1)being sick and 2)being more upset than you can imagine. Lovely gargantuan fever blister or somethin' coming up. My lip is bigger than Angelina Jolie's bottom lip I betcha.
Btw, the shell was 6 bucks. And that was before my lovely discount! Hows that for the ring bearer issue gettin solved?
@ Bellenga and Cre - Thanks! and you're right, maybe I will schedule a time at a Nordstroms to see what they have to offer as far as pointers go.
Belle- nice! They are cute, and I really like the shell... bummer about your lip. That always hurts to have swollen lips. Once I had a mosquito bite my top lip right in the middle while I was sleeping. That was really painful.
Hope your Gramma is doing better... we'll keep praying for you. I know that when you family is sick, it is always a stressful time....and grammas are a precious thing.

The stamps are so fun...I got ALL of them for 9.99! And since they're geared towards vacations, I can use them again after all this wedding hullabaloo is over!
It was good to take my racing mind off of things for a while. Again, thanks for keeping my grandma in your thought.
I couldnt sleep last night was up from 1 - 4am doing crepe paper flowers and ribbon pomanders...
so far... 150 crepe paper flowers done, 150 more to go... 4 pomanders done 6 more to go.
Im so tired.. feel like falling asleep at my desk at work.

I've got alot on my mind tonight..so since I'm up, I thought i'd do some wedding-related crafting.
1)made tags out of cardstock after using the tag cutter I got from Michael's (courtesy of discount coupon for total bill from Martha Stewart's mag)
2)making ring bearer shell (with ribbon and out of abalone shell)
3)Stamping and embossing the cute tags with summery stamps I got also!
So this is my saturday night.
I'll post pics when I'm done tomorrow! :)
