My hair dresser just told me that coloring your hair (in the salon) will make your hair thicker. I have flat, limp, thin hair too, and it drives me nuts. Redkin or Bumble and Bumble Thickening Shampoo is also great. Or, keep your hair short or without too many layers.

Ok, so we've seen the board for "Flat, limp, thin, and dull" hair. I was reading all the posts for solutions on the day of the wedding such as hair extensions & perms.
But what about a long term solution? My hair is flat & thin. Is there anything that I can use that will give my hair body & thickness? Is there something on the market that you've tried that's actually worked?
Please tell me your secrets! Thanks!
