I’m opting to not wear a veil for my wedding. My dress is gorgeous and in order to find a veil that matches it, it would be really costly. My question is, what suggestions do the veil-less brides have for how to adorn your head to make it just as show stopping as a veil would? Thanks for your thoughts!

How about a hair clip, tiara, headband or hair piece? If you show your dress and style, perhaps we can show you some options. Also, I found my hair piece by browsing etsy and it was AMAZING. There are so many options!

Mine started off as a hair vine but broke so it wasn’t as long as it originally was. We could have just pinned both pieces together but liked it as is. I’m not sure I would use the words show stopping though.

I am not wearing a veil either and have struggling with the same thing. How are you wearing your hair? I am going back and forth with a flower or a sparkly clip. I am getting married in December so for some reason I feel like the flower would seem out of place.

I’m not wearing a veil – but although I inwardly cringe when I say it .. I’m wearing a tiara. I’m getting married just before xmas and a bit of sparkle just felt right. It matches the dress perfectly. Also agree with misslovenot .. flower in december doesnt feel right
Here it is! – got it made from a seller on Ebay who made it with cream pearls to match my dress. Message me if you want seller details

I was a no veil bride too since I couldn’t find a veil I liked that would look good and not compete with the details on my dress. I opted to go with a beautiful crystal/pearl haircomb to accessorize my hair-do that would compliment (not so much act as a show stopper, lol) with my dress. You can’t go wrong with something sparkly in your hair. 🙂
