I got our flower girls little gifts from theknot.com They each got a jewlery box with their name on it and a bracelet/necklace with their initial.
I don't know if you have any little boys to buy for but our ring bearer loved his eagles jersey!
I like the going the day after Christmas idea. You should be able to find some good sales to help with your budget! How old are these girls? If they're younger, maybe cute accessories from somewhere like Claires (or whatever stores little girls like these days). If they're older, the Christmas ornament idea sounds great!

Ulta has great gifts for that kind of thing right now. Lipgloss ornaments and accessories that are 5 for ten bucks.

I've got all the bridesmaids gifts out of the way, and he's responsible for his guys....but what about the ladies that are helping with the set up and programs and such? Buget isn't very big seeing as how Christmas is here and we're wiped out b/c of the wedding. I was thinking going the day after Christmas and getting each of them a really pretty Christmas ornament? Prolly around 10$ each? Or is that too cheap?
Any ideas?
