I think if you gift one set of parents, you should gift both -- what, in particular, could depend on who's contributing (and how much) to the wedding.
We're considering a restaurant gift certificate for my parents; still unsure on what to get Mr. Bruschetta's mother. And yup, I'm doing gifts for the bridal party ladies, and little something extra for my MOH (and sister).
My MOH got the same thing as my BMs. They each got a handmade necklace from a local jewelry designer that was made just for them (NOT to wear on the wedding day, but just for everyday), and then also we bottled wine for each wedding party member, and created a customized label with our wedding date and a "thank you."
I also got each of my girls little l'occitane gift boxes filled with a trial size hand lotion and body scrub, just as an extra thank you because they really went out of their way for me and made everything very easy.
You should definitely get your parents a little something, and it should come from both you and your fiance. Something simple like a picture frame, with a note that says a wedding photo is on its way for them. We got my mom some beautiful emeralnd earrings and his mom a really nice clutch bag. We got his dad a nice watch, and my aunt and uncle (Mom and Dad No. 2) a wine club membership, good for four months of wine deliveries.
My MOH's are getting custom made earrings and a bangle bracelet, same as my bridesmaids. I haven't chosen them yet, but I like this designer:
I will get my future MIL's (yes there are two!) presents, but not sure what yet. Most likely jewelry, maybe a pin of some kind.
What is an ideal price point for gift giving? I don't want to be too cheap yet get something that's overly expensive either. Any ideas? And what should I get his dad and my dad? My dad is way too picky and usually returns everything I ever get him.

What are you getting your maid of honor as a gift and are any of you also getting gifts for your parents? Am I also supposed to give something to my future in-laws as well?
