I haven't thought beyond the little speech I would give to my mom at RD. But after the wedding I plan to give her a mini photo album of our favorite photos(its actually a minature version of our wedding album) and a framed shot for her to show off to her friends. My mom is not about material things at all and over the years what she uses the most is photos of her daughters and grand-kids!
We haven't thougt of doing it on RD too...
But the gift we "ordered" for our moms .. personalized embroidered blanket from www.etsy.com/shop/CoutureWeddingHankie. and for our dads... a pair of crystal wine glass.
My grandmother helped me a lot so I got her a necklace in our wedding colors... green and gold... I'm sure she'll wear it for the wedding too and that'll be even better! I don't have much money but I found it on ebay for just a few dollars!

Well we gave them to them privately as we didn't have a rehearsal dinner, but we personalized their gifts. We got our moms clothes in their favorite colors and I got my dad some nice running socks since he's really into running.
We gave them each an 8x10 Kate Spade picture frame with a letter thanking them and saying we will fill the frame with their favorite shot from the wedding.
Uggggh I can't even figure out what I want to get them for Christmas, let alone for the wedding. I know we're getting my dad a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue and we will probably get his Dad a high end Malbec, but I'm stumped with our moms.
