(Closed) What To “Juice”

IS this a juicer that removes the pulp? I am not the biggest fan of those because that is the part of the fruit or vegetable that helps keep you full since its all the fiber.

If it is a good healthy combo that doesnt taste like vegetables is apple, celery and some strawberries and spinach.

My FI just got the Jack Lalanne (RIP) one! It’s great! He juices EVERYTHING! There’s a book on iBooks called ‘The everything juicing book’ it’s very informative & has a TON of recipes!

Juice lots and lots of greens! Juiced greens are wonderful for your skin and health.

You can find a ton of recipes in books and online, but I think they are mostly good as guidelines.

My personal favorite comes from a book called Raw Food Real World. It’s called spicy skin saver. It has grapes, kale, ginger, cucumber…

Here’s the recipe.

1/2 cup radishes

6 cups green grapes

1/2 bunch watercress or 4 to 5 kale leaves

1 large cucumber

1 small knob of fresh ginger

Makes about 2 servings. I’ve never used watercress, but I think the kale is fine. Also, caution on the ginger. Just a little bit will do the trick!
