Votive candles?

If the grapes and the wine corks are intended to link to a wine theme, I would just bring the bunches of grapes closer in to the hurricane candle so they are actually resting on the base of the candle holder.

For your September wedding date , you could even use real grapes.

I’m thinking grapes and wine corks are a great idea! Maybe raise the grapes with somekind of small boses and have the grapes drape down with of course some grape leaves intertwined. Grape leaves are beautiful. Maybe different heights around the hurricane. (somewhat like you would do a buffet table with different heights! )

Hope thats helpful!

I like the idea of real grapes. Maybe a very shallow sqare tray or plate of some sort and put the grapes on there with some grape leaves.

Michaels sells garlands of faux grape leaves.

I think if you did a wreath of faux grapes and leaves it might look much nicer.

You could even do a wreath of greenery with grapes intertwined.

You could also do several moss balls, a few orchids & votives.  You could do a merlot colored tulle bunched around the base.  You could put three small vases around the vase and fill them with grapes…

I think the only problem with the ones you are looking at is the spacing and the volume.. more grapes closer to the base would look better.  Maybe look at getting a table runner to make it stick out.

I’ve also seen a variety of votive candle holders with grape/grape leaf designs, that would tie in, but allow you to skip the grapes if you still dont love them.

Maybe a white charger or platform (to match the candle) would help to display the grapes/leaves so they arent just laying there too.

Cute idea though!

What about incorporating grapevines somehow? Like maybe putting the hurricane in the middle of a grapevine wreath? You could tuck leaves, moss, or other greenery amongst the grapevine.

What about spreading dark purple rose petals around…  has the color of wine but still wedding-sh.

Or eucalyptus and grapes together…  I love the look of that one!

Good luck!

Maybe make the grapes into a wreath type thing and have them hang off the top of the hurricane then have votives around the hurricane with maybe grape vines around it.
