Hi bees,

So I am clueless as to what I should put in my wedding programs. I really don't remember what you list, and all that, so if I could get some help that would be amazing. lol

Cover - Typically includes the date and/or the names of the couple. It may also include the location and time of the ceremony as well as a photograph or design

Inside - list ceremony events, including processional, readings, prayers, exchange of vows, ring ceremony, recessional music, and any other ceremony events that occur. Your list may not include all of these elements, and it may include some traditions not listed here. Be sure to list the events in the order they will occur. You may also choose to include a listing of the wedding party.

Things you may include in your program - Explanation of traditions or rituals used in your ceremony, Request for audience participation in certain parts of the ceremony & Directions to the reception.

So, I had this same question leading up to my wedding, and I had someone suggest to me that since I had no idea what to put in it, that maybe I should consider skipping programs altogether. Just thought I might throw that on the table!

All that being said, programs usually tell people who is involved in the wedding, the order of ceremony, and the like!
