It seems a bit silly to include him in 'Seating of the families' but I'm not sure what to say

PRELUDE

SEATING OF PARENTS

PROCESSIONAL OF THE GROOM

PROCESSIONAL OF THE BRIDAL PARTY

PROCESSIONAL OF THE BRIDE

GIVING OF THE BRIDE

Etc...

I don't think I've ever seen something specifically for the groom in a program. He usually either walks his mom (just Seating of the Mothers in program) or he slips in from the side just before the processional (not a program event). If he comes down the aisle alone or with the officiant & best man you could just have it listed as...Seating of the Mothers, Processional, & Bridal Processional then all your bases are covered.
