I wore jeans and a tank, a dressy dress, and a denim skirt/shirt combo. I wish I would have subbed my denim jeans/tank for a sundress. Sitting, bending, etc, I got some unpleasant wrinkles and flub spots and I'm 5'11" and a size 6-8 so i'm not big at all...but it didn't photograph well. I highly recommend giving any pants outfits a try out and make sure your shirt goes well! I was disappoitned with how mine photographed, that's all.
What do you think of this for my engagement pictures?
The dress is my second outfit and I am not sure what shoes I want to wear with it.

I think it's best to wear something that you feel comfortable with. Something that represents you.
It's best to avoid distracting patterns & white shirts. It's also important to have the clothes fitted well for your body. Avoid baggy stuff or cothes that are too small.

I like the first outfit. That shirt is really cute! And I love the hot pink shoes. You could really do some fun jewelry with that!
Not sure if i'm sold on the second one. While i get maxi dresses are in style, if the wind catches you the right way, they are terribly unflattering. I think a sundress might be better. Like a really cute one, with some cute heels. More for your dressy look. I'm afraid it's a "trendy" look and you may not be thrilled with your choice next year, but that's just me! i look pregnant in a maxi dress =(
I had my FI take pics of me in 4 different outfits. Then I compared side by side. I also posted on wedding bee & had everyone vote. It helps to get other's opinions.
BTW, you might want to think about how you are realistically going to visit 3 locations and have 1 wardrobe change. I had planned on doing 2 outfits for mine. We only made it to 2 of our 3 locations (the shoot was 3 hours) and I didn't feel like wasting time to change. Just a thought

How did you decide on what to wear for your engagement pictures?
I would like to have two outfits. We are taking pictures with these old oak trees then going to the fire station and take some there then to the beach.
I thought about one being jean capri's, some kind of cute shirt and then flats.
Second maybe a long flowing beachy dress.
Lets play dress Miss FPG. I am really tall skinny, no boobs and taller then Mr. FF. With dark brown hair.
HELP... I am not girlie or have fashion sense!
