i'm wearing a similar dress, The Vineyard 'Nina' at the reception. I'm looking for headband just like that one!! My price range is about $50. Etsy has some, but the best ones I've found there are expensive
I don't think it will be too much because the headband will mostly be sparkly on top of your head, and the earrings will obviously be on the sides of your head.

I can't decide what to wear in my hair! I am probably going to wear a low chignon hairstyle, but I can't decide between a fascinator or a headband. Does it even matter? I was thinking the headband might be too much since I'm wearing dangly earrings. But NO necklace! What do you think?
