CRUISING!!! I have been on two so far and I adore it! You get to see several different places and it's the most fun I've ever had in my life!
Africa- Everyone should see the big game animals before they're all gone. Besides, my heart is still there because the people are so wonderful. I'm definitely biased, since I lived there for a year... but I want to go back so badly!
Resorts at the Dominican Republic. All inclusive resorts!!! Gorgeous beaches..wet bar..entertainment..tons of food..and lots of people all over the world..well mostly Europe ha The best is Playa Dorada, which is the name of the beach in the city of Puerto Plata and there are a ton of good hotels there with great friendly staff...Staff speaks English, Spanish, German, and maybe French as well. There is a club in the resort to go dancing..I had a great time
as an aussie, i loved alaska and the yukon... very beautiful part of the world
otherwise the south pacific is my playground and its filled with islands with wonderful people
my advise is to get away from the standard fiji and tahiti and asia and get to places like Vanuatu, Niue or East Timor
Ireland! My fav place ever - but I am also biased because I have tons of family there who I love!
Rome. One of my favorite cities of all time. FI and I would be going there for our honeymoon (I threw my coins into the Trevie Fountain!), but he is worried about the 85+ heat and serious sweating all trip. So, it probably won't happen for a honeymoon, but the Trevie says I'll be back with my sweetheart again!
I also say Africa. I went on a dream trip there several years ago and felt like I was "home." The animals, the people, the landscape, it's all spectacular.
Grand Cayman! It is beautiful and relatively inexpensive to get to, especially if you get there via cruise ship
Spain! I've been three times (To Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, and Salobrena) and the last time I went I started dating my now husband. I love it there! The lifestyle is so relaxed and friendly :)
I'm getting married in San Juan, Puerto Rico because I loved it there, so I highly recommend it.
Also, Tokyo and Kyoto (Kyoto is especially beautiful in the fall!). Tokyo has awesome people, awesome food and you can walk around that city for days and still not see all of its wonderful craziness.
Was it in Old San Juan or the newer part. We did a couple different stops in Puerto Rico, one in Old San Juan and it's such a fun and pretty old town. The people were soooo nice and laid back.

For me -
Costa Rica - they have such a good network for tourists, easy to see lots of sites and feel safe and so much diversity in the land you can really see a lot of beautiful sites.
Paris - I thought I wouldn't like Paris but I loved it, the Louvre is amazing, beautiful city, love Montemarte, great food, definately worth it.
