What shows do you watch with your SO? What shows do you watch on your own that he won't watch?
Mr. Ducky and I always watch 24 and LOST together. We've also been watching Amazing Race the last few weeks. The Office is his favorite show and I like it too. We also will watch food network and home redesign shows in the background.
I'm a big Grey's and Private Practice person, which he won't watch. (He used to watch Grey's with me when we first started dating!) He also can't stand the Bachelor so if I watch that he just complains.
Our tv is almost always tuned to either Discovery (Dirty Jobs), Travel Channel (No Reservations, Weird Eats), or the Food Network.
However, FI definitely will watch trashy MTV/VH1 reality tv with me (Real World, Tool Academy, Shot at Love, etc) and has actually been known to put on We TV for Rich Bride, Poor Bride or Bridezillas.
What can I say? I'm a lucky woman. :)
We watch Entourage and Nip/Tuck on dvd.
During the week, we watch Idol, Kitchen Nightmares (when on), Hells Kitchen, and then old episodes of My Big Redneck Wedding. hahah. Also, if we get lucky enough to go home at lunch, we watch Las Vegas. :)
AAAHHH LOST!!!!! So. Amazing. We're Idol fans, too. Nip/Tuck, Biggest Loser are also faves. We have shows pretty much every night of the week that we like to watch. My personal guilty pleasure is Making the Band. I wish I had some one to watch it with!
We actually have a pretty set schedule for TV watching. We're home bodies and love eating dinner together and then snuggling on the couch for our favorite shows.
Monday- Big Bang Theory, How I met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men, Rules of Engagement, CSI: Miami
Tuesday- NCIS, The Mentalist, Without A Trace
Wednesday- Criminal Minds, CSi: New York
Thursday- CSI: Las Vegas
Friday: Numbers
WE apparently are obsessed with crime dramas. We'll also watch the reruns of Law & Order, and The Closer when we catch them on TV.
I am also obsessed with HGTV which he WILL NOT watch. I also love Wheel of Fortune. I also will NOT watch any of his UFC fights with him. Good thing we have two TVs :)
shibaby- I love Las Vegas! I watch that on my lunch hour at work too. haha, I'm lucky enough to have a little lounge with TV and couch to relax on while I eat my lunch.
He will watch my stupid girly shows somethimes and I will watch sports with him sometimes, but the shows that we enjoy together are home improvement shows or Jon and Kate Plus 8! He loves it, which I'm not sure he'd like me to share with you all.

@AmyMB3 - my FH and I love watching J&K Plus 8!! For some reason we just got sucked into that family and I'm pretty sure he watches it even when I'm not there.
We don't live together so we don't always watch "together" but we both love Lost, the Office, No Reservations and most of the discovery/TLC shows.
He refuses to watch Greys/PP but I own every season of Grey's and have vowed to make him watch it after the wedding 
We watch two shows together:
The Office -- which we both love and he can quote like nobody's business
and
Lost -- which I like, but he doesn't.
"Our" shows are Top Chef, Top Design, Design Star for reality.
& then Nip/Tuck, Weeds, Huff (when it was on...still one of THE best shows. ever.), Desperate Housewives
I throw in Grey's, Brothers & Sisters & Gossip Girl. I had no idea I watched that much TV until I typed it all out. In my defense, they are all on at different times in the year.
Hahaha. Battlestar Galactica, just like Miss Cherry Pie! Also Top Chef or Project Runway. We would also always bring our two best men over to watch Rock of Love...
We watch The Office, King of Queens, Jon and Kate Plus 8, and Anthony Bourdain No Reservations together regularly.
Shows that he refuses to watch... The Hills (guilty pleasure!!!), Project Runway, wedding shows and shows on the Discovery channel about weird diseases. I love those. :)
Jeopardy, Intervention, and DEA. That's really about all we watch. Neither one of us can stand sitcoms and, my guilty pleasure is the Amazing Race, which he can't stand.

It sounds like a lot but we like to watch on DVD...so it's usually just one show at a time, via Netflix.
I think the better question is what don't we watch. We both and influenced the other's viewing habits with the help of our Tivo. Without further ado, our list...
Chuck, Heroes, 24, Biggest Loser, Food Detectives, Chopped, Top Chef, Lie to Me, My Name is Earl, Kath and Kim, The Office, 30 Rock, Ugly Betty, Greys Anatomy, Private Practice, Monk, Around the Horn, PTI, Anthony Bourdain:No Reservations, Lipstick Jungle, Kitchen Nightmares, Hells Kitchen, The F Word, Last Restaurant Standing, John Stewart, The Colbert Report, Real Time with Bill Maher, SNL and occasionally Jeopardy.
He won't watch Gossip Girl or Jon and Kate plus 8.

We watch tons of shows together--Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Chuck, Top Chef, Lost, Project Runway, The Office, 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights.
He doesn't like a few of my shows-Gossip Girl, Jon and Kate (which he says that the more we watch, the less likely we are to have kids!), any wedding shows. I don't like Battlestar Gallactica, which he tivos.

we usually don't watch tv together though -- we just watch on hulu!
My fiancee loves sports and I am not as into it as him, so we spend a lot of time watching different shows. But, we love to watch Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and trashy VH1 reality shows together (Tool Academy last week was WILD).

Like Miss Duckling, we watch 24 and Lost while she watches Grey's and I don't. Instead of Amazing Race, we watch Biggest Loser. Also, Top Chef, The Office and anything on Food Network.
We watch House, King of Queens, old episodes of Friends, Big Love and ocassionaly American Idol together.
On Thursday nights we seperate so I can watch Grey's while he watches The Office (and I catch up online later).

Lost, House and Heroes are the shows we enjoy together. There are other shows we each like but we are trying to break away from watching too much television and do more reading and other hobbies.
Together, we watch HIMYM, Top Chef, The Office, 30 Rock, Heroes.
Separately, he watches sports and I watch Grey's Anatomy.
Out of what's currently on TV, we usually watch Lost, The Office, 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights, & Flight of the Conchords together. The shows that he does not willingly watch with me but ends up doing b/c we're in the same room are J&K+8, the occasional Gossip Girl, and Law & Order SVU. We've also used our Netflix to catch up on gems like BSG, The Wire, etc =)

We watch The Office every week, and we worked all the way through all of the seasons of The West Wing on dvd together too!
Oh I forgot to add Law & Order:SVU, I like other crime shows but he doesn't as much. We also like Jon & Kate plus 8. Can you imagine having all those kids? They are so cute though!
We watch Intervention, Jeopardy, Nat Geo channel, Discovery, old Seinfeld episodes, and FoodNetwork together. Sometimes I'll watch the Thunder and Sooner basketball games with him.
I love to watch HGTV, WE Bridal shows, The Real Housewives series, Big Love, True Blood (when it was on), Project Runway, Top Chef, The Hills, Desperate Houswives, Brothers and Sisters, John and Kate Plus 8, and 17 (now 18) Kids and Counting. For the most part he can't stand any of the shows I watch and I can't stand to watch ESPN all day long.
Together we watch NCIS (we love it and it is now on about 3 times a day in reruns), The Office, 30 Rock, How I Met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men (occasionally) and MI5 (BBC series).
I also watch and he refuses to watch: Gossip Girl and wedding shows.

We LOVE American Idol & Jon & Kate Plus 8..(Just don't let his friends know!!) We also watch a lot of Discovery & Food Network shows together.
Well, we live in a studio so pretty much any time the tv's on we both are a watchin', but the shows that we make a point of watching together are Lost, The Office and 10 Items or Less. OH! And I Love Money!! We make a point of watching every single week.
He REFUSES to watch Real Housewives of the OC with me--Vicki, Vicki, Vicki *head shaking*. Although, he does watch Real Housewives of NY...hmmm, wonder what that's about. In case you couldn't tell I am addicted to Bravo. He also leaves the apartment when I watch the Gilmore Girls, which really breaks my heart because it is my all time favorite show!

We don't watch TV on a regular basis, but sometimes we will do marathons of shows on dvd. We like Entourage and The Office. We wacthed the first season of Celebrity Apprentice together and think we'll watch it this season. He loves Donald Trump.
He won't watch Gossip Girl or The Bachelor with me, but I watch them when I eat my breakfast before work, so it wouldn't make sense anyways!
We have a pretty set TV Schedule too!
Mon - Big Bang Theory, HIMYM, 2.5 Men, Worst Week
Tues - NCIS (We've watched almost all seasons on Netflix now)
Wed, Thurs & Sun - he plays PS3 while I watch my shows - Real Housewives, Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, Extreme Makeover Home Editions, Desperate Housewives, Brothers & Sisters
He'll sometime watch Top Chef with me.
We also have watched Weeds and Rescue Me (can't wait for this to be back on the air!)
Our shows are : LOST, The Office, 30 Rock, Top Chef, Anthony Bourdain No Reservations, & sadly Brett Michales Rock of Love Bus :)
We used to be really into The Wire & Trailer Park Boys, but they are no more :(
Together we watch Jon & Kate Plus 8, Anthony Bourdain No Reservations, Little People Big World, American Idol, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, Deadliest Catch, Ice Road Truckers, America's Next Top Model.
My guilty pleasure shows that he refuses to watch (thank goodness for 2 tv's) are
Real World, My Super Sweet 16, House Hunters (& pretty much everything else on HGtv), True Life, Survivor, Platinum Weddings, My Fair Wedding.
We love to watch Deadliest Catch, and everything on Investigation Discovery Channel.

Hmmm.....Big Bang Theory, HIMYM, American Idol, Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, Deadliest Catch, Celebrity Rehab, and probably a couple others I'm forgetting.
We're only together on the weekends so we both watch A LOT of HGTV. He actually likes it. We like to dream about what our first house will look like and what tile we will put in the kitchen. And since we're lame we do enjoy our SNL on Saturday nights.

We're always at my apartment so we watch whatever I turn on ;) -- I'm sort of joking, because he sometimes watches football or basketball or whatever, but generally I drive the remote. We both really like No Reservations, Ugly Betty (which was filming tonight on my corner!), The Closer, and Top Gear. We also watch a lot of movies, especially on TCM.
Our two favorite shows are Mad Men & 30 Rock. We also love the office, and.... Cosby Show reruns! He's also into anything on PBS, and Hockey Night in Canada.
