Ok, so I have candle holders that are glass that I want to be able to glue twigs too (saw them on another site and thought that would be great to do).
Just wondering if anyone has ever done this type of project and what type of glue you used to hold it all together.
I was thinking of using the hot glue as it can be clear but then wondered if it would be strong enough to hold.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hot glue should be fine. It will stick to the twigs and set faster than just about anything else. I use hot glue to glue twigs to picture frames (smooth surface), so I would imagine glass would be the same.

I would use hot glue too. If your glue gun has heat settings, I would try the low heat to make it a bit thicker, I find it’s easier to work with depending on the project.

@bakerella: good idea! I didn’t know that they had heat settings, but now I think I will have to double check. Thanks

Hot glue! MAYBE e6000 if I was worried I’d get burned.
