It seems like you have a ton of great ideas already!  People keep asking me what my “theme” is.. I don’t have one.  I am just taking our favorite things and keeping them in a similar color palate.  I love the classy look, but don’t want anything too stuffy or formal.  My mom is crafty and we are buying dinner napkins and embroidering our monogram on them for all the seats- we plan to give folks with that same monogram 4 or 8 of them post wedding.  I love the idea of different linens too- the sequin idea you have is fantastic.  We are doing a bit more low key reception, but I might do our sweetheart table in a more luxurious fabric, and maybe do color coordination runners that my mom is also making (we are still figuring out if we want round or long tables).  I am doing the flowers for my wedding too, and mom and I have been antiquing for old vases and bowls. I have a thing for pearls as well, so they will be used for table numbers, on my veil, in the flowers and other little details.  My FI isn’t big on those girly details so his personality is coming out in the food and entertainment. We are also doing a seating chart poster that I’m having framed (see pic for example) because I want to make sure people actually sit where we want them in order to avoid any awkward anything lol… Place cards on tables will also be our favor- jam we are making from berries we pick.

We are avoiding too many “activites” for guests- pinterst has some good ideas but I have been to weddings that are just so overloaded it takes away from the actual event!  This is a wedding, not a carnival lol so no phoot booths, props, games, distractions.  We want our guests to enjoy some damn good food, a great open bar and dance the night away.  Keep it simple and have a blast.  Hope that helps! Good luck 😀

This is just one example for seating chart (not in our colors/style)… find a million options on Etsy

Also thinking about my BM gifts- likely jewelry and I might cover their hair costs for the big day.  If I can get a cute bag, robe, or other personlized item, I will.

Love the idea of lots of frames too- we might make a “collage” table with photos of us, our families, those who aren’t with us.

Depending on how much time you have and your budget, you can go all out.  I am slowly buying things so that i dont get stuck with a ton of work or a giant expense all at once.
