I currently take a mulitivitamin, a calcium chew, and Evening Primrose oil. I kind of want to start taking Tonalin CLA again though.
I take a multi vitamin, a calcium chew, and vitamin D. (Although I only take the multis daily.. I forget about the calcium and D all the time).
@abbyful: I take Cat's Claw and Dandelion Root. I have an enlarged liver or did last time I got an ultrasound done and they recommended this. So, I'm going to give it a shot. Day 3 on the DR. The Cat's Claw was something I wanted to try after seeing it on Dr. Oz >.<
My mother in law told me to stop taking all vitamins. She insist they are bad for the body. Do you guys think that true? What brand do you take?
I take a multi vitamin and a D-3 vitamin (my doc reccomended it, she says it gives you energy and increases your body's metabolism). Sometimes I take Vitamin C, especially during flu season.
I take a multivitamin most days, and I take calcium and vitamin d nearly every day.
I also take amazing grass (so good for you, especially for hair growth!) and ground flax seed.
@adw2c: I don't think they are bad for you. Yes, it's better to get the nutrients you need from food but that is hard with our current diets.
You might add a category for people who prefer to get their vitamins by eating foods that contain them.
