@LadyMoriarty This is what we did! I believe we went with the standard paper and I absolutely love the quality! We put a picture on the front and it is really good picture quality. So shiny? And I’m not sure how you’d classify the back, but for the great price I paid, I am thrilled. I will be back to post pics if I can figure out how 🙂

We used Vista Print too and I actually thought the quality was pretty good.  Ours was shiny on the fron twith the paper and more matte on the back.  It wasn’t super heavy paper but it was definately postcard thickness.

Everyone got theirs in tact as far as I know, so I was pretty impressed with the price.

@CatABee Great to hear they didn’t get lost in the mail, as we haven’t sent our out yet.

@LadyMoriarty They are currently on sale for $5 for 100 postcards! On top of that you can always google and find promo codes you can use in addition (such as free shipping). I think it’s a great way to go since postage is 33 cents! We are also using them for our RSVPs and thank you’s.

We did this! Such a money saving options. It was shiny on both sides, but I think we upgraded to that for durability. Just get one of those Sharpie pens that won’t smear.

I should add that I used their standard postcards for a friend’s baby shower invitations and also for my RSVP and both held up fine.

I used wedding paper divas and it was perfect. In addition i did not upgrade the paper quality. Maybe they can send you a sample of the paper.

I used minted.com and picked their standard (cheapest) option for the paper. The quality was excellent. Paper was thick like cardboard, hefty. Matte, but the colors of our design really popped. I was very impressed. They weren’t cheap ($100 for 75 cards) but totally worth it.

Not sure if this is useful or not, but I printed my own on double sided matte photo paper from Office Depot.
