Class A uniforms would denote business attire, not quite formal, so a simple dress and heels would be perfect. What time is the ceremony? If after 5, I would make it a black dress.
We don't have our schedule yet, so i'm not sure. I do know that it will be very very cold while we're there. And i'm not used to the cold, we live in the nice humidity of northeastern Alabama ;)
I would wear a dark dress with wool tights and closed toe shoes, with a nice coat or wrap.
I agree with a nice dress and good heels. I don't think I would do a sweater dress, they tend to be a bit too casual.
Maybe get a nice pea coat or something and wear tights to keep you warm.

My delightful FI and I will be traveling to Detroit, MI in about a month so that he can recieve a scholarship from Wayne State University. He's been asked to wear his Class A's, and for both of us to be ready for photos to be taken. My question is, what's the appropriate level of formal to compliment him? Should I go with a simple sweater dress and heels, or something a bit more? Please help!!
