Here’s my husband’s next to my rings:

We were having my wedding band custom made, and on one of our visits to the jeweler to check the custom design he saw a version of it in two-tone gold and he was like “I would really like this if it was all white gold instead of white and yellow!” So, I had it ordered in all white gold, and he loves it!

He was never really excited about the ring thing, which bothered me because i wanted him to be excited to wear a wedding band! But once we found this one he loved it and got excited about it. 🙂

Here it is on his hand:

Darling Husband looked at more rings than you can imagine before we custom ordered his. It was nuts.

I also just realized I only have pics of his ring with mine lol

I originally got hium a white gold band about 5mm. He is NOT hard on jewelry, his job doesn’t affect his jewelry and he takes it off to do anything that would. However, within a short amount of time, it was all scratched up. He doesn’t like things to be scratched in anyway…you shoudl see how he treats his car….anyway, we decided ot buy him a tungsten carbide ring instead. He got a gorgeous 6mm one from Titanium Kay and it still looks brand new. Honestly, he even *tried* to scratch it up and I stood back and cringed. But it refused to scratch. Plus, it was less that 100 bucks. So, now I plug tungsten to anyone who asks. And for the fun of it, I got me the smae version only thinner and wear it camping and hiking and stuff.

ETA: sorry, i have no pics but I will try to get one. He will certainly think I am weird though!

My Fiance wanted a 4mm polished yellow gold band and that’s what he got!

My Fiance wanted something different and unique.  He initially wanted a coin ring but then he wanted a black ring.  Luckily, I found a place that combined both!

@Dub D: I’ve never heard of coin rings!

My Fiance was VERY specific about what he wanted: it had to be 4 mm wide, 2 mm thick, have squared off edges, comfort fit, be brushed 14 k white gold. This wasn’t easy to find, and I got a few quotes to have it custom made (estimate: $800). I found what he wanted online for less than half of that, and was a little wary about ordering, but it turned out great:

I ordered from http://www.e-weddingbands.com/ and I would recommend them to other people – it worked really well for us!

thanks for the tip on the tungsten! i am not very familiar with the guys rings and glad to see this, esp the price since my fiance had HUGE fingers and is the mechanic type and will have to take it off for work and everything. I dont want to spend too much when I cant say he will wear it like i wear mine!

We haven’t got ours yet but he likes the plain black ones or another one he wants is a camo wedding band.
