Do you have any girl relatives who might get married in the future? I am going to keep mine in case my sister would like to use it for her “something borrowed” whenever she gets married.

I seriously have no idea and I will have 3 veils! I will keep the bird cage, but I’m not sure what I will do with the cathedral veil  or blusher… I may try to sell them

I just kept it – its in a box in a closet.

I only paid $20 so there was really no point in selling. I kind of want to do something fun with it (its a little birdcage veil.)

Catch fish with it? I have no idea. I never thought about it before, That’s a good question.

I am sorry. I don’t have any creative ideas right now, except maybe get some matching sexy lingerie and play dress up for your hubby ๐Ÿ™‚

I am going to sell mine with my gown. I won’t ever wear it again, so I don’t see any reason to keep it.

Mine is actually my mother’s veil from 37 years ago (I had the headpiece altered).  So after the wedding, I’ll be keeping it in hopes that maybe my sister will want to wear it too for her wedding, whenever that happens.  I just think it’s nice, because unlike dress styles that change constantly, a veil is something that may be universally wearable for future brides.  I was so happy my mom kept hers, since her dress was really not my style, but now I get to keep a piece of her wedding with me during mine.

I vote keep it.  I’m wearing the veil that my grandmother, mother and aunt all wore to their wedding, and I love the sentimental value of it.  We just got it cleaned, and it’s beautiful.

I would sell it! That was my plan for the one veil I wasn’t going to wear.  I had purchased two wasn’t sure which one I liked better with the dress. Now both are ruined, thanks to my cat… Sigh cats

i’ll keep mine – i had two girlfriends already say they want to use it, and i have 6 SIL’s that have yet to get married so maybe one of them can use it.

i thought about saving it for my (future) daughter, but my veil wasnt anything special – i mean i loved it..but it was 30 bucks.

Since I will be selling my dress, I’ll probably hold the veil as a keep-sake and see if any friends or potential future daughters would want to use it.

I’m preserving it with my dress. I figure even if my future daughter or DIL doesn’t want to use it, they could use the lace for something. I know I was sad that my mom’s dress and veil turned yellow, so I wanted to make sure to have that option for my kids.
