Definitely depends on your crowd, out in my world many more people eat fish than pork. turkey seems like the best substitute for chicken though!

It feels like there should be a chicken option.  I would never get turkey at a wedding for fear of getting tired.  A thanksgiving meal sounds too heavy.

@phishy179:  I have been to weddings that didnt serve chicken. I think all your choices are main stream in most diets that people may appreciate the variety.

@Crindy:  THANK YOU! I hear people say that all the time and it drives me nuts! It’s only natural that a person gets tired after they eat, all the energy goes into digesting food. But I would hands down choose turkey, after all turkey is very lean, and your caterer should charge less because turkey is dirt cheap!!

I’ve actually gone to wedding that didn’t have a chicken option and I don’t think it really mattered to people. She had beef or fish. I love the turkey meal though!

@phishy179:  I would go with a fish option. Do they have a salmon or snapper? We did beef, salmon, or vegetarian at my wedding and it paired nicely.
