They’re nice pictures, don’t get me wrong, but I could’ve taken these with my Nikon D60, and I am a hobbyist. Quite a few of these pictures don’t have the correct exposure, they’re a bit blown out.

$50? I would not personally hire this photographer to do my wedding.

Agree nice happy captured moments but not pro pics.  Would not use for a wedding.

I have to agree with PPs – you guys look awesome and happy, but the quality just isn’t there…

The pictures are ok. I would not hire for a wedding. I chose $50-$100. It doesn’t look like this photographer has a lot of experience.

Gotta echo other bees here, they are nice, but not all that professional. I’m not fond of the photographer for both exposure and posing.

You guys are sah cute though!

They’re okay snapshots, but they aren’t professional quality. I personally would not hire them to shoot my wedding. Composition is off on most of them, with very awkward crops. The exposures are all over the place, most of them are either under or over exposed. Obviously late in the day is the best time for photographing, but it’s very important for a photographer to be able to shoot in any lighting conditions. Your dip shot was a really cute idea, but the photographer did not execute it well – their positioning (they should have been more around to the right) and also the lighting.

I would definitely keep looking – you guys are adorable!

I agree with everyone ele. Cute pics of you and FI, but this photographer doesn’t seem ready to do weddings…

@bebelicious1:  Your engagement photos are nice and I especially love the third one. Does the photographer who did your engagement photos frequently do weddings? How much experience does he/she have with weddings? The reason I ask is, I let a amateur photographer who did an excellent job on our engagement photos do our wedding. She had no experience with weddings. When it came time to do group photos and capture special moments she didn’t do so well. It was hard for her to coordinate people and use the proper zoom and flash on her camera.  A lot of people were cut off in our photos, most were crooked, the flash didn’t work in our cake photos, and some were out of focus. When it was just us and her she did much better. Working on a time crunch with more people might prove challenging for someone who is not experienced with weddings. She also wasn’t very good at editing.

@bebelicious1:  haha so cool that your friend did this for free.  Can’t wait to see the other e-pics with the real photographer.  Smile

@bebelicious1:  I’m really not trying to be an asshole here, but the quality of those pictures is partially amateur. They are great pics of you & your FI (I would would proudly disply them in my home if I were you) but my sister had a $100 digital camera & took some anniversary pics for me (dating anniversary) & I would say the quality of your pics is definitely better, but not by a landslide. We also have these pics hanging in our home, because although not pro pics, they are very special to us 🙂

Here is an example of a pic my sis took for us ($100 digital camera & no experience whatsoever) & the second one is a pro pic.
