I love them! What colors are you using? Have you thought maybe about different flowers in each glass? Maybe even use a flower that represents that state or is that state’s official flower? You could put some votives around it to add some more to it too.

I think it’s a really neat idea… You could even do small maps as seating cards, if you’re planning on doing them. I think the best part of doing a vintage wedding is the ability to be eclectic and even kitschy! I agree that votive candles around each glass will give them a little more punch!

I think it would look good! And if flowers won’t go into the shot glasses, you can just put votive candles into the shot glasses or something similar.

I was going to say flowers too 🙂

Maybe a big fluffy white flower, if you can’t get the specific flowers, like baby’s breath or hydrangea.

I would say just the states that mean something to your relationship to start with.  If you need more decorations you could probably branch out into all states though.

I was thinking something like this! With maybe states hanging off the wires! Instead of the mardi graw theme!
