Depends what material. Eweddingbands.com is very reputable and their prices are GREAT.

My husbands’s was $850. I’d say nothing over $1000 unless he’s really into jewelry.

@isabelle_86:  Under $200 if he wants something simple or an alternative metal band (ha!).  WE spent right at $200 for this tungsten carbide beauty:

We both adore his ring.

For something elaborate with diamonds or other precious stones you’re looking at $500+.

We spent $1400 on a custom platinum/14k yellow band because FI is very particular.  I would never have spent that much if I had any questions about whether or not he was going to wear it (I’m pretty sure both of our dads are “allergic” to their wedding bands), so I bought him a $20 ring with the same dimensions so that he could practice wearing a ring to see if it was for him.

It is the only piece of jewelery he owns, probably the only piece of jewelry he’ll ever own.

We spent $950. It was WAY over our initial budget but he customized something he loved with diamonds and it made me happy that he got something really nice, since he got me my beautiful engagement ring : )  i think they deserve something great too, if that’s their taste. some men(and women) prefer simpler bands but my fiance is not one of those men. haha.

We spend $1200 because we realized that he would have it forever and I think he deserves something nice. It’s palladium and rose gold:

For reference, my band was $1600.

It really depends on what he wants.  It can be as little as $50 for a nice tungsten ring on overstock (DH loves his and it still looks brand new 2 years later) or as much as $2k if he wants platinum.

My Husband’s was around $400. We wanted to go with Tungsten because of the lasting quality of the metal because he’s an engineer for a construction company(and the price didn’t hurt!) It’s Tungsten Carbide with a sterling silver inlay.
