(Closed) what (or should i say who) is considered more in choosing a reception hall?

have the wedding where you want it.  i don’t know where you live – but if it is right outside the city, it is crazy to think guests won’t come.  people who live outside of nyc go there all of the time.  i live in hartford and have been to the city for dinner with my FI twice this month!  people who want to celebrate the day with you will go to wherever you are having your celebration!  i’ve been to weddings at the cape, key west and nyc since i’ve lived in hartford.  our wedding is taking place in a tiny town in ct, and our guests are all from out of state.  again – have the wedding where you want to have it…your guests will be happy to share your day with you wherever it is.  and not for nothing – parking in nyc is hardly impossible – there are garages everywhere, or they can take the train!
