Leftovers!

Our choices are deep fried turkey via our infrared turkey frier we got for Christmas. Or dry aged prime rib that my husband dry aged!

We had Thai last week. I lurve Pad See Ewe

Tonight is my monthly woman’s networking dinner.

We’re going to a SUPER yummy middle eastern restaurant.

Its Wednesday morning for me but I’m thinking baked chicken with some sort of veggie cooked onto it (peppers or tomatoes most likely) and scalloped potatoes!

Tonight we are going vegetarian…. Lentils with wine braised vegetables… it is SOOO good and weight watchers too!

Oh! I haven’t had Mediterranean in a while. Could go for a Shawarma Wrap and Baba Ganoush. yum.

We’re making Duck Cassoulet this weekend if that helps!

We’re making Dragon’s Breath Chili tonight!

We made Baked Ziti with Sausage and a Seafood Pasta this weekend and those leftovers are almost gone so we’re cooking again tonight.

@lola2011: Last week I made really good (and easy) chicken in balsamic mushroom sauce.

It was really quick and easy and delicious with some steamed broccoli and rosemary foccacia bread.
