@Ms. Drgnfly:  Hollywood Glamour theme doesn’t conjure up images that are food related. I think you’re pretty much free to go with anything. As long as it’s a good variety and leaves your guests’ bellies feeling satisfied. A meat option (beef, chicken, fish or a choice out of all 3) and a non-meat option, appetizers, salad and/or side dish, dessert. That’s usually what people expect at a wedding. Alcohol is optional depending on your budget. Sit down dinner or buffet or pot luck or family style or BBQ… whatever. As long as people are fed they’re happy.

I disagree with the other commenter – potluck, BBQ, family style would NOT fit your Hollywood theme at all. Even buffet might be a stretch. Sit-down would likely be the most glamorous.

cute little canapes and champagne or sparkling wine

 2 or 3 course meal
