FI made a delicious veggie chili in the crockpot yesterday! We had it for dinner last night, will have it for dinner again tonight, and maybe once more before freezing the rest.

I just cooked up a chorizo and butternut squash lasagna. It was delicious. DH is having it for lunch tomorrow and we’ll freeze the rest 🙂

We’re having veggie “philly cheesesteaks” — we’re replacing the meat with portobello mushrooms. Super yummy! With a side of oven baked spicy fries 🙂
